If you have received a defect item, please follow below step to claim warranty:-

When you received the parcel
1. Check all the received items immediate, report to buyer within 3 working days for warranty item (within courier company delivered date + 3 working days, follow the online tracking system date as standard)

- No warranty allow if exceed 3 working days
- Please keep the original plastic bag and return it together with the defect item
- Any return item without plastic bag, buyer need to pay extra RM5 in order to claim the new warranty item

To report warranty
1. Please take a photo on defect part and email the photo to
2. Seller will advice whether the item is entitled to claim warranty or not

- Email subject - Warranty (Your name or your customer name + mobile no.)
- Must attach the photo which can show the defect part clearly
- No warranty will be entertain if the buyer fail to submit the photo as proof

Send back the warranty item
1. Send back the warranty item to seller only if the seller agree to exchange for the warranty item
2. All warranty item must send back together with original plastic bag, RM5 penaly will impose if buyer fail to fulfill the requirement
3. All warranty item must send back using "Register Post" services by POS Malaysia which cost RM2.40 only

- Seller will bear the return postage of maximum RM2.40 only (standard register post rate)
- If buyer send back the defect item without seller's consent, will not entitled to warranty
- In this condition, buyer has to bear all the incurred cost if any

After send back the warranty item
1. Send the tracking no. of register post to using the same email "RE:Warranty (Your name or your customer name + mobile no.)" for reference.

Seller send back the warranty item
1. Seller will replace the warranty item within 7 working days after received the return defect item and it's subject to stock availability
2. All warranty item will send back by Pos Express only regardless area

- Buyer is entitled to exchanged the defect item with same item only
- Buyer is not allow to exchanged the defect item with other item which is different code or different color
- Buyer is not allow to refund for the defect item
